Our Lady of Consolation is located on the beautiful Great South Bay and is comprised of a 345-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center. Our nurses, physicians and support staff are devoted to providing patient driven health care in an environment of compassion to our patients, their families and our community. Our focus is to create a culture of healing and safety while upholding our religious mission. The responsibility of the Chief Clinical Dietician is to plan, organize and direct the activities of Nutritional Services in accordance with current applicable federal, and state guidelines and regulations under the direction of the Director of Food Services. To assure that quality nutritional service is provided at all times for residents, visitors, and employees.
