About The Position
Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Chief Building Engineer for Madrone property in San Francisco. The Chief Engineer is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all 'common areas' within the Association, as defined in the Association's governing documents. The Chief Engineer shall oversee and coordinate the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all necessary building systems and shall possess a basic understanding of all systems servicing standard residential units.
