About The Position
The Executive Leadership role oversees strategic planning, managing, directing, coordinating, and executing Behavioral Health programming. The position is accountable for establishing and executing strategic objectives, metrics, and the delivery of quality, equitable, and economical health care services. The role also involves coordinating care and advocating for mental health awareness both internally and externally, ensuring sound fiscal activities, and overseeing the development of Behavioral Health talent. The Executive Leader assesses the need for additional services and program expansion, developing business cases in collaboration with the leadership team while adhering to established standards of practice and ethical guidelines.
