About The Position

As the Chief Analytics Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven insights, models, and strategies across the organization, including Marketing, Product Development, and lines of business. Your primary focus will be to leverage data, models, and advanced analytics to drive business growth, shape the marketing and product strategies, and enhance decision-making across various segments. You will manage a team of data analysts, data consultants, and data scientists who will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Science, leading teams, including hiring, developing, and coaching colleagues.
  • Experience with advanced analytic tools (Python, R, SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience with statistical models and machine learning techniques.
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services / Banking and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and data consultants.
  • Facilitate development of robust business intelligence tools and strategies to optimize usage and deployment of resources, arriving at actionable recommendations that drive business value.
  • Partner to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of annual planning efforts, strategic initiatives, marketing programs, and new product/feature launches.
  • Create marketing optimization applications to deliver the right offer to the right customers at the right time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement within the data and analytics team.
  • Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior executives and c-suite stakeholders.
  • Responsible for predictive modeling strategy, development, compliance, and implementation for various business areas.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks and data visualization tools.
  • Partner with data management/architecture team to improve accuracy, efficiency, and financial impact of data insights.
