Requirements

• Master's degree in health administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years in senior leadership within acute care settings.
• 7 years in progressive healthcare leadership roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare trends and operational management.
• Proven ability to articulate organizational values and goals effectively.
• Ability to energize and lead diverse teams toward achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, enhancing processes to achieve hospital objectives and metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve resource management, care quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage the operating budget, staff productivity, and accountability for select service lines.
• Establish and maintain connections with stakeholders across various levels, fostering a strong leadership team.
