Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of AVMA Administrative Services LLC (AVMA Trust). The CAO will oversee and streamline all internal operational functions, including the administration and oversight of carriers, TPAs and the sponsored insurance program, development and execution of its communications strategy, claims oversight, member experience, engagement and the modernization of its technology to facilitate accurate, timely, and insightful information for informed and educated decision-making. This position will be located in our Schaumburg, IL office. The CAO will work closely with the CEO to implement strategic goals and ensure that the organization’s operations support its mission and long-term sustainability while supporting organizational growth.
