The position involves overseeing and managing essential support services that are vital to the organization's success. The individual will collaborate on the development and implementation of strategic goals and will report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer. As a key member of the Bowery Residents Committee's (BRC) executive management team (EMT), the individual will foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization. Responsibilities also include developing and managing budgets, financial plans, and other financial initiatives, as well as providing strategic guidance and support to senior leadership and staff.
