About The Position

As a Culinary Assistant-Chicken Slicer, you will perform various tasks relating to chicken preparation, packaging, and customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Safely use/operate knives, knife sharpeners, scalers, scales, and wrapping machines
• Excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Set up chicken station
• Wipe down and clean chicken station, as needed
• Ensure excellent quality of chicken
• Proper use of slicer machine
• Stock supplies for the chicken preparation
• Package finished products
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Assist in other duties, as assigned
• Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude, ensuring that each customer feels welcome and appreciated.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, offering assistance and support where needed.
• Improve and maintain the efficiency of the store in order to reach success.
• Be a positive ambassador for the store, representing our S.T.E.W. values in all interactions with customers and team members.
