Requirements

  • Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from leadership
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
