About The Position
We are excited to announce the grand opening of a brand new Chick-fil-A restaurant in Chula Vista, CA. We are looking for talented, driven, and positive individuals to join our team as Chick-fil-A Team Members. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of quality and cleanliness that Chick-fil-A is renowned for. Your responsibilities will include performing various tasks in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience. As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, you will be expected to greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and address customer inquiries while resolving any issues or complaints with professionalism. You will also be responsible for preparing food items according to Chick-fil-A's recipes and standards, assembling and packaging food orders for dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery, and ensuring that all food products are handled and stored properly to maintain quality and safety. In addition to customer service and food preparation, you will be tasked with keeping work areas, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized, following proper sanitation and safety procedures in food handling and preparation, and performing routine cleaning tasks. Team collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations, communicate effectively with supervisors, and assist in training new team members as needed.
