Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Team members must be fully available to work on Fridays and Saturdays as they are our busiest days
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in drive-thru, able to work on your feet for several hours
  • A genuine interest in serving others
  • You must commit to the highest Chick-fil-A customer service standards and our promise to guests to be the most caring company in Stockton while serving the best chicken

Responsibilities

  • Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook (e.g., punctuality, hygiene, appearance)
  • Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift
  • Treat all guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect
  • Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top notch
  • Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in the drive-thru)
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, going above and beyond in order to keep our guests safe
  • Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
  • Constantly grow yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster, giving 100% all day every day
  • Provide exceptional service that aligns with Chick-fil-A standards, which are: Clean & Safe Environment, Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service, & Genuine Hospitality
