Requirements

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency required in reading and writing and mathematics.
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records check, Paradies Background Check, and applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on ladder, and walking long distances.
• Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• ServSafe certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide friendly service.
• Handle transactions quickly and correctly at the cash register.
• Assist with assembling orders, preparing beverages, and keeping food items stocked.
• Keep the front counter, dining area, and drink stations clean and stocked.
• Work with fellow team members to provide a smooth and efficient operation.
• Recommend menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
