About The Position

Hartgrove Hospital is a premier Illinois hospital as well as a flagship UHS Hospital, and part of a two-hospital system in downtown Chicago. We are seeking to add a psychiatrist to our team for In-Patient General Psychiatry services, with a strong focus on Addictions. The position is full-time and employed, set in an in-patient setting with on-site service. We are looking for a Child/Adolescent trained psychiatrist. The role involves using an Electronic Health Record system, with no weekend rounding and a call rotation with the group from Monday to Friday (1:8).

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• IL Medical License or ability to obtain
• Fellows are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient general psychiatry services with a focus on addictions
• Utilize Electronic Health Record for patient documentation
• Participate in call rotation with the psychiatry group
