The CHHS Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS), the CHHS ASM, and CHHS Departments, as needed. This Coordinator could be assigned to support various Departments, Department Chairs/Directors, faculty, staff, and students in a wide variety of areas, including budgeting and finance, communications, scheduling, record keeping, and personnel matters. The Administrative Support Coordinator also acts as a customer service specialist for its constituents: faculty, staff, students, and the public-at-large. This position may support a single or multiple department units at one time and the various units supported can be complex in nature and will require the ability to learn the intricacies of each department quickly and be able to make decisions about the proper course of action on various tasks independently.
