Hiring is limited to residents of New Jersey. You’ll be the reason a senior can smile, feel safe, and continue enjoying life from the comfort of their home. Every client is unique—some may need help with grooming or mobility, others might just want a companion to chat with or share a puzzle. Requirements
- Active NJ CHHA license (required)
- Current TB test
- CPR certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Cleared background check
- Reliable transportation (a car is not required!)
- A genuine love for seniors , reliability, and a caring spirit
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers
- Medication reminders (no administration)
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands (public transportation is fine!)
- Communicate client updates with the care team
