About The Position

Homewatch Caregivers in Princeton, NJ is looking for experienced certified Home Health Aids to provide compassionate care to those in need. Our team is focused on creating an individualized plan for every client while honoring the caregivers personal time and schedule. Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program.
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
• Safely transfer clients and support bathing/grooming.
• Help with mobility devices.
• Change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean and hazard-free.
• Provide timely medication reminders and record basic vitals or observations.
• Engage clients in mind-body activities such as reading aloud or guiding simple chair exercises.
• Document care notes and promptly share changes with RN or Care Supervisor.
