About The Position

We are partnering with a well-established, New Jersey–accredited home care agency serving seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans throughout Northern New Jersey. The organization is known for its caregiver-first culture, steady case volume, and strong operational support. They are hiring CHHAs for cases throughout Newark and surrounding Essex County communities.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license (required)
• Valid identification and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders and daily living assistance
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified home environment
