About The Position

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide high-quality care for a client in Morristown, NJ. This position is available for immediate start. Position Details: Location: Morristown, NJ Start Date: ASAP Pay: $265 per day Schedule: Full-time (details to be discussed) Responsibilities: Provide attentive care for a client with dementia Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Medication reminders and monitoring Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, maintaining a safe environment) Companionship and emotional support Monitor and report any changes in condition Transportation to appointments, errands, or outings as needed Requirements: Active CHHA license in New Jersey (required) Proven experience caring for clients with dementia or memory-related conditions Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be comfortable driving the client Background check Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mobility assistance and fall prevention Ability to manage challenging behaviors associated with dementia We are looking for someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely caring and committed to improving the quality of life for our client.
