Requirements

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
High energy and a positive attitude
A strong desire to learn and grow
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

Previous sales or customer service experience a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in finding the vehicle that fits their needs and budget
Build relationships through exceptional customer service
Stay up-to-date on vehicle features, pricing, and inventory
Guide customers through the entire sales process from test drives to financing
Follow up with prospects and maintain a growing customer base
