Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right personality with the right drive and work ethic.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of automotive or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused mindset
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and the sales process is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a professional, welcoming attitude
  • Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget
  • Confidently present vehicle features, technology, and pricing options
  • Coordinate and conduct test drives to enhance the customer experience
  • Build long-term customer relationships using our CRM tools
  • Follow up with prospects and repeat customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
