Requirements

• This position is based in Long Beach, CA . Please note that relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must be currently residing in the area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities

• Teach young ones that knowledge and creativity are true magic
• Encourage connections between chess problem-solving with real-life problem-solving
• Conduct interactive, friendly, and fun classes with 10-15 kids
• Be a positive role model and promote good sportsmanship
• Drive between locations
• Utilize Chess Wizard’s curriculum and class materials
• Maintain promptness and punctuality
• Implement CDC, School, and Chess Wizards COVID-19 prevention practices

• Competitive Pay: $55 - $75 per hour and a half session
