About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker to join our Distribution Center team. In this role, you will assist material handlers by moving inventory in and out of bin locations, documenting all inventory movements, and supporting daily operations. You’ll work in a team-oriented environment, contributing to our overall production goals while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of lift/forklift operation experience
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Must be able to pass a lift assessment (push/pull of 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation).
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Must arrive fit for duty and follow all safety procedures.
  • Steel-toed safety shoes required at all times.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move furniture/merchandise for extended periods.
  • Exposure to outside weather, moderate noise levels, and occasional fumes/mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pull merchandise for delivery and customer pick-up.
  • Safely operate manual and mechanical equipment, including forklifts, at elevated heights (20’–40’).
  • Follow secure loading methods to maximize space and prevent damage.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using RF equipment.
  • Assist with unloading, tagging, prepping, returns, recycling, and other Distribution Center duties.
  • Support cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
