About The Position

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cherry Picker / Order Selector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and staging orders using a cherry picker forklift, ensuring all items are picked according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and prioritizes safety and accuracy. We are hiring experienced Cherry Picker / Order Selectors to start ASAP. Position Details: Pay: $20.60/hr 1st and 2nd Shifts Available (Monday–Friday): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Requirements

• Recent experience operating a cherry picker is REQUIRED
• Experience with RF scanners required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable – attendance is critical
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory
• Good communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and work at heights throughout the shift
• Must be able to pass drug screen.
• Strict background checks are conducted.
• MUST HAVE RECENT ORDER SELECTOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to pick orders at various heights
• Accurately select and stage products based on RF scanner instructions
• Verify items against order lists to ensure quality and accuracy
• Safely handle and transport materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines
