About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cherry Picker Forklift Driver to join our team. This role involves handling materials in a warehouse environment, including loading/unloading trucks, staging inventory, and supplying production lines. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, team-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 2 years of forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload products on shelfs; verify and record quantities.
• Stage materials by date or lot code; supply production lines.
• Stretch wrap pallets and verify pallet tags and configurations.
• Maintain and charge electric forklifts at end of shift.
• Follow supervisor instructions and company regulations.
• Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Work under direct supervision and report to a manager.
