WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING: Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy. Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers. Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders. Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, forklifts, etc.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
Experience operating a Cherry Picker and forklifts (Combilift, Order Picker, Skylift, Stock Chaser, and/or Turret Truck).
Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
Dependable attendance and reliability.
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated to learn and grow within the role.
Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation.
Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy.
Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
