About The Position

As a Cherry Picker Operator at Cardinal Health, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse team, ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped to our customers. This position operates on a day shift from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until tasks are completed. You will be responsible for following established processes to pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment. Additionally, you will participate in cross-training across multiple areas of the warehouse and engage in various projects as needed. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential, and you will be required to perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks. Training will be provided for operating material handling equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights of 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift.
• Able and willing to work in temperatures of 36°F-42°F for up to 10 hours or longer.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
