About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating an order picker forklift to accurately pick, move, and stage products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be comfortable working at heights.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a cherry picker or order picker forklift (required)
• Valid forklift certification (preferred or required depending on company policy)
• Comfortable working at heights up to [20-30] feet
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic reading and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker forklift to retrieve items from elevated storage racks
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on pick lists or RF scanners
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including use of PPE and equipment inspections
• Report damaged products or discrepancies to supervisors
• Perform general warehouse tasks including labeling, staging, and organizing products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
