About The Position

Start a Career - No Experience Needed! Quality Staffing is now hiring Cherry Picker / Lift Truck Operator Trainees for a growing warehouse operation. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and looking for a long-term opportunity - we will train you! Pay & Schedule: $17.00/hour starting pay Earn up to $20/hour Monthly bonus: +$1 to $3/hour (based on hours worked) Overtime available (up to $28.50/hour) 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Requirements

• No experience required — training provided
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Learn to safely operate cherry picker / lift truck equipment
• Pick, pack, and organize materials
• Label and handle products with accuracy
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Assist with general warehouse duties
