Job Summary: The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and staging electrical products and materials for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures timely and precise fulfillment of orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience driving equipment Cherry Pickers or Reach Trucks (required)
- Able to start your work day @ 2:30PM Mon - Friday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with electrical products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack electrical products according to customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions for accuracy.
- Report discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support other warehouse tasks as needed (receiving, stocking, shipping).
