About The Position

The intern will develop prototype intracellular staining formulations for testing in flow cytometry. These formulations will be refined in collaboration with the Cell Biology and Chemistry teams. Additionally, the intern will learn bioconjugation techniques and prepare bioconjugates to support the intracellular flow cytometry project.

Requirements

• Current sophomore or junior pursuing a BA/BS in Biochemistry or a related field
• Laboratory experience preferred
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Responsibilities

• Preparation of candidate formulations for intracellular staining buffers
• Preparation of test conjugates for intracellular flow
• Development of bioconjugation skills
• Development of basic biochemistry lab skills
