About The Position

Key Responsibilities Develop, improve, and implement analytical testing methods Roll out advanced technologies for measuring the composition and structure of substances Support QA/QC labs and plant floor analytical stations Implement and validate new laboratory equipment Troubleshoot analytical testing systems Document testing methods, work practices, and Ways of Working Develop and deliver training materials for hourly and salaried team members Lead project update calls and support cross-functional project execution Work independently while maintaining a proactive, result-oriented approach Qualifications

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment
• Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of analytical method development and validation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Experience implementing new laboratory technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing food laboratory environment
• Proficient in English
• Fluent in French
