Job Summary Battelle is seeking an Exercise Program Designer to work in the Emergency Response Branch at the CDC. The Emergency Response Branch (ERB) develops and performs unique laboratory tests to assess chemical exposures during a public health emergency or terrorist event. The ERB works with public health laboratories in states, territories, cities and counties through the Laboratory Response Network (LRN-C), to assist in expanding local laboratory capacity and preparedness for chemical-terrorism response. The individual in this role will work with the current ERB Exercise Coordinator to apply standard Federal exercise practices to existing CDC ERB and LRN-C exercise programs. The selected applicant will have to obtain and maintain a CDC security clearance and a DoD secret security clearance and will work on-site at the CDC Chamblee Campus in Atlanta, GA .
