  • Utilize the bureau's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for data management.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and operate analytical instrumentation with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies and parts for timely analyses.
  • Participate in the bureau's Quality Control Program and perform routine quality control procedures.
  • Record all inspections, findings, and observations on official report forms.
  • Submit reports of disposition of violations to bureau supervision.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in chemistry or biochemistry.
  • Possession of a valid Class E driver license.
  • Ability to conduct inspections and pay attention to details.
  • Experience in quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety rules and regulations.
