Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required).
Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
Computer proficiency.
Reliable work history with excellent attendance.
Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where temperatures fluctuate with the seasons—summers can exceed 100°F, and winters can be near freezing.
Uniforms, safety glasses, gloves, shoes, and other protective gear provided.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.
Regularly lift 15-55 lbs.; occasionally lift 100+ lbs.
Roll drums weighing 100-350 lbs., some exceeding 400 lbs.
Pass vision and color/sight tests to ensure precision.
Exhibit excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

Operate plant equipment—including filters, dryers, pulverizers, pumps, reactors, and blenders—to manufacture high-quality chemical products.
Follow precise batch processing procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
Measure and stage raw materials using scales and specialized instruments.
Monitor instruments and indicators to maintain optimal process conditions.
Make real-time adjustments to equipment for peak efficiency.
Perform in-plant testing to verify product quality.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Safely add chemicals to reactors in controlled quantities.
Operate forklifts and adhere to all written and verbal instructions.
Commit to safety, environmental responsibility, and security compliance, including adherence to the Responsible Care® Management System.
