We are seeking a Process Safety Engineer in Boise, ID, who is eager to engage in projects that are central to our clients' operations. As part of a multi-disciplinary and highly interactive team, you will establish process safety parameters, develop Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) initiatives, and define safety requirements. As a Process Safety Engineer at Jacobs, your primary responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and monitoring of the PSM and RMP for Specialty Gas and Chemical Systems at the Boise Technology Development (TD) site. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations. You will provide leadership and technical expertise to continuously enhance the PSM and RMP Program by identifying areas for improvement and process risks, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to devise effective solutions and procedures. You will work closely with the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) department, Facilities Operations, and other teams throughout the Boise TD site, focusing on Specialty Gas and Chemical Systems covered under OSHA PSM/EPA RMP regulations.
