About The Position
As a Chemical Process Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the day to day chemical processes to support our Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business. You will utilize your engineering skills to support plant operations and to improve plant efficiency to meet plant goals. You will be working with designated operations staff, including plant supervisors and production operators. You will report directly to our Operations Technical Manager and you'll work out of our Metropolis, IL location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving process optimization, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and contributing to the development of sustainable solutions.
