The Chemical Operator is responsible for safely and accurately manufacturing bulk adhesive products in accordance with established specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment. The operator will work with time‑sensitive materials, operate various types of production equipment, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspace.

Requirements

  • Education — High school diploma or technical school graduate, or general education diploma (GED).
  • Experience — 1 to 3 years related experience, preferably in a production environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the use of Windows‑based applications and common software tools such as email, SAP or other ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to accurately complete production documentation and maintain legible records.
