We are looking for an experienced Chemical Operator for our Industry and Water manufacturing division.  Job requirements include the following: Industry & Water supports municipalities and water intensive industries in the efficient and sustainable utilization of resources. In water treatment, we help in optimizing every stage of the water cycle. This position is located at the Spokane, Washington manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

  • Understand and follow all operational and safety procedures and policies.
  • Operate plant manufacturing units by monitoring process flows and parameters and making appropriate adjustments. Monitor equipment, instrumentation, and control systems to keep operations on-stream and efficient.
  • Operate pumps, valves, filters, and other process equipment. Operate forklift, loaders, overhead crane, and other non-process equipment.
  • Unload and handle raw materials following proper procedures for transfer and safety. Load products in various containers, including railcars, trucks, and IBCs; while adhering to correct shipping procedures. Monitor and report on material inventories using counts, instrumentation, and tank levels.
  • Perform quality and in-process analysis on all products for compliance with customer specifications and for proper operation. Complete all associated paperwork with accuracy, including production records, inspection sheets, and analytical result reporting.
  • Flexibility to work a periodic rotating schedule on days, swing, or night shifts.
