WHAT YOU WILL DO: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ad to all safety policies and guidelines; is accountable for their personal safety and the safety of their co-workers. Execute emergency procedures in response to chemical incidents, inclement weather, or other situations that threaten the safety of team members and the plant site. Accurately record processing information in electronic devices and on paper documents. Maintain a clean andanized workplace. Work cohesively with team members across multiple departments. Perform duties required toply with SQF standards. Complete initial and routine safety, processing, andpliance training. Comply with allpany policies and procedures. Safely utilize and operate equipment to produce and package products including the following: PPE Forklifts Weigh scales Flow meters Level, temperature, and pressure measuring devices Centrifugal and air diaphragm pumps with associated hoses and dip pipes Cam lock hoses and fittings Manual and automatic valves Sample valvescollection points Solids handling equipment Barcode scanning devices HMIs and PLCs DesktopLaptopputers Prepare finished products for shipment with proper labels and batch documentation. Troubleshoot software, instrumentation, solids-handling, blending, and hydraulic systems.? Participate in lock-outtag-out and other safety procedures on equipment in preparation for maintenance and other activities.? Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (“GED”).
  • Comprehend documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Knowledge of basic math- addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers,mon fractions, and decimals.
  • Execute written, oral or diagrammed instructions.
  • Strongmunication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability toprehend and execute written procedures and policies .
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to learn to safely drive a forklift in a production area
