In your future role as a Chemical Operator, you will Ensure compliance in all aspects of safety with all applicable regulations (Nouryon and regulatory). Actively participate in BBS program. Conduct 5S activities for the production area. Conduct autonomous maintenance in production area (including motor lubrication, boiler operations, failure identification, etc.). Produce finished products (including blended products) using the documented operating procedures in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. Analyze in-process, finished product, and raw materials using documented lab procedures. Receive raw materials in accordance with documented work procedures and schedule delivery of bulk raw material as ordered by the Plant Scheduler and Planner. Ensure site security outside of regular business hours (including weekends and holidays). Qualified to operate all manufacturing processes of the Augusta site. Log and account for production, quality data, and losses. Keep workplace and tools in order and accessible. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or the Site Manager. Follow the process and procedures. Operates the plant within the specified control limits. Empowered to make decisions within defined boundaries.
