About The Position
The Chemical Operator (Blender) position at Airgas involves strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality procedures in the filling of high-pressure Specialty gas mixtures and pure gas products. The role requires performing job assignments safely according to Airgas SOPs, conducting pre-fill and post-fill inspections, blending multi-component specialty gas mixtures, and performing routine maintenance on blending equipment. The operator is responsible for maintaining accurate cylinder filling records, completing production steps, loading and unloading pallets, stocking cylinders, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a clean plant appearance.
