In this role, you will take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others. You will manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results. The position involves following standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe. You will identify and solve moderately routine problems, complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, and ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards. Additionally, you will operate both automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in various production processes, adhering to operating procedures and performing duties required in operating a variety of equipment in your assigned area. You will participate in quality and safety incident investigations, troubleshoot operating deviations and issues, and coordinate with other functions when necessary. Completing all documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (part of GxP) standards is also a key responsibility. You will prepare and clear equipment for maintenance work, perform material receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging operations, monitor plant status, and liaise with colleagues from other departments to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
