Chemical Mixing Associate JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements
- Must have good analytical and math skills
- Must have good written and verbal communications skills
- Must have the ability to work independently while accomplishing numerous job requirements
- Must have a record of dependability and good attendance
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed (including holidays and weekends)
Responsibilities
- Follow production schedule for chemical mixing.
- Gather all materials needed for production and follow written instructions to manufacture products.
- Inspect incoming materials and place into inventory, following FIFO guidelines
- Rotate chemical inventory as needed
- Prepare orders for shipment per customer requirements
- Inspect, monitor, and operate all equipment relating to chemical mixing operations (pumps, mixing tanks, forklifts, meters, etc.)
- Monitor/record all required information (tank levels, chemical usage, weights, etc.)
- Maintain Chemical Mixing areas, and keep in good condition and actively participate in 5S and improvement programs
- Report to Chemical Mixing Manager.
