Requirements

  • 3+ years working in an aerospace manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Experience working in a chemical environment, preferred
  • Overhead Crane operation experience, required
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and good communication skills
  • Follow Company Safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
  • Available to work overtime when required, including weekends
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Processing Manager
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent attendance & positive attitude is required
  • Must be 18 years old

Responsibilities

  • Operate the crane to move parts between processes
  • Rack, un-rack, and process work orders through the chemical/anodize lines
  • Monitor material in process for potential quality defects
  • Prepare parts prior to operations
  • Sand and mask parts as needed
  • Perform appropriate pre and post cleaning surface finish requirements
  • Select holding racks/baskets according to size, shape, and number of objects to be chemically processed
  • Wire or clip parts to racks
  • Remove parts from racks
  • Transport parts to next area
  • Read and understand work order requirements
  • Handle customer product with care
  • Maintain equipment, and keep work area clean and organized
  • Read and understand work order requirements
  • Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed
  • Promote safety and work safely at all times and complies with all safety regulations while working with Hazardous materials and chemicals.
