About The Position
The New Philadelphia Plant Quality Chemist will demonstrate strong analytical chemistry proficiency and project leadership skills to execute on business goals, programs, and processes for the North America Manufacturing team. In this role, a successful candidate will utilize experience and expertise to perform QC testing, solve problems, lead projects, develop and execute objectives, and positively effect short-term and some long-term business goals. The Plant Quality Chemist is responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured by the New Philadelphia plant as well as addressing and resolving quality incidents. In this role, the successful candidate will provide daily on-site support to manufacturing, oversee quality programs and initiatives as well as provide product quality guidance to both internal and external customers.
