Our Internship Program will be May - July 2026 with specific dates to come. Positions will be onsite 5 days a week in Cary, NC and will be in a chemical lab and pilot plant environment.

  • Interns will be placed with our Research and Development teams in both Electronic Materials and Structural Adhesives, our Process Engineer teams in both Electronic Materials and Structural Adhesives, or our Core Technology team.
  • Interns will take part in unique assignments within their team, including but not limited to: Process Development and Design Process, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Chemical Research, Chemical Formulation, etc.
  • Contribute to chemical projects and spend ample time in a chemical lab environment.
  • Be part of a team working to innovate and develop processes to create and manufacture new chemical products.
  • Typical tasks may include: Batch creation, Running tests and experiments, Designing of experiments, Pilot Scale manufacturing, Physical property testing, Collaborating with global manufacturing, Preparation and presentation of technical reports, Statistical analysis.
  • Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, or Materials Engineering.
  • GPA of 3.0 or better.
  • Strong leadership skills and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Strong analytical, mechanical conceptualization, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Strong innovation and creative thinking, self motivated.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiar with using statistical software or related tools.
  • Some experience making technical presentations and report writing.
