About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. The position involves participating in daily and weekly production and maintenance meetings to support plant operations and collaborate with engineers and staff. The role includes analyzing data and conducting audits to identify trends to make recommendations to improve plant operations, completing cross-functional projects to support production goals, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Additionally, the position requires creating process flow diagrams, presentations, and recommending process optimizations to engineering leadership.
