Chemical Engineer Intern - Summer 2026
About The Position
The Chemical Engineer intern will provide technical support focusing on Manufacturing, Quality, or Operational Excellence projects. The intern will assist the Engineering department with projects from scope definition through implementation. This position will be located in Coon Rapids, MN. This internship will be required to be on-site, working 40 hours/week. Requirements
- Demonstrated software application skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to use measuring devices
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team building skills to create effective working relationships with suppliers, and coworkers.
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal customer technical support.
- Part manufacturability technical support.
- Assist with the implementation of process and design improvements.
- Performs all other work-related duties as assigned.
