We’re looking for a Chemical Applicator Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and helping customers maintain healthy lawns and landscapes.
Requirements
- Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Sprayer experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Apply lawn, tree, and plant health treatments (fertilizer, herbicides, pesticides)
- Evaluate lawns, trees, and shrubs and recommend solutions
- Perform aeration, overseeding, slice seeding, and lawn rejuvenation
- Mix and apply treatments safely and efficiently
- Communicate with customers about lawn and plant health
- Assist with other landscape services and snow removal during winter
