We are a relaxed, friendly team, we offer a competitive salary, and we always reward hard work and success! Salary range will be $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and position.
Requirements
- A career professional with experience in hospitality
- A leader that can train and motivate a kitchen team
- A friendly, enthusiastic, positive can-do attitude
- Team players
- Creative flair and excellent presentation skills
- Proven capability working as a Chef or Cook at a compatible venue - minimum 2 years experience in an equivalent role.
- Experience in recipe costings and understanding of kitchen financials
- Ability to order and maintain stock, including delivery checks Strong compliance focus
- A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results Ability to engage with the local community
